Beautiful house of 40m2 composed of 3 floors very well equipped and located in a very quiet backyard near the Luxembourg Gardens, the Sorbonne and the Pantheon, 7 minutes walk from Saint Germain des Prés and 10 minutes from the Seine and of Our Lady.
Supermarket and grocery stores are available nearby to allow you to cook on site.

All in a beautiful, simple and refined decor. The house is connected to the internet by fiber optic.
